We use the information that you have given us in order to know who has signed up for tours and in order to inform you about this. Your information is securely stored on Wix or Google servers and they comply with the necessary data protection regulations.

We will keep information about your transactions with us as part of our necessary business record.

We ask people for permission to have their details on our contacts database. At any point please contact nat@realbrightontours.com to have your name removed.

Photos

We may take group photos during tours which are distributed to the tour group. If anybody does not want to take part in this then please notify you tour guide or nat@realbrightontours.

We may keep some photos for Free Walking Tours Brighton - Real Brighton Tours marketing purposes (website, online advertising or printed material). This will be agreed with participants beforehand.
